Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inbound Document Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will manage and process incoming documents efficiently and accurately.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and organize incoming documents such as medical records, pharmacy requests, and provider orders.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents received.
  • Ensure documents are distributed and archived according to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to incoming documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Daily expectation is to process 280 documents per day.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Document Specialist, Document Controller, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using document management software and tools.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or relevant field are a plus.
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred
