Role Overview

As a Product Manager at CrunchDAO, you will drive the vision and execution of our core products – from the tournament site, to PI and the overall customer experience of the CrunchDao protocol. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, business development, and marketing) to ensure that our product roadmap aligns with both internal strategic goals and user needs. You’ll take ownership of features and releases, turning high-level concepts into scalable solutions that drive value for our community and clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Vision
2. Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap that reflects CrunchDAO’s mission and market opportunities. Continuously align product direction with emerging trends in AI, decentralized technology, and capital markets.
3. Requirements Gathering & Prioritization
4. Work with internal stakeholders and community members to identify feature needs, gather feedback, and set priorities. Translate user feedback and market research into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
6. Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. Coordinate with Business Development and Developer Relations on partnership or integration needs, ensuring the product supports go-to-market strategies.
7. Product Development Lifecycle
8. Lead the end-to-end product development process—from concept validation to launch and iteration—using agile methodologies. Define KPIs and success metrics for new product features, and continuously measure performance for ongoing improvements.
9. User Experience & Community Engagement
10. Advocate for intuitive, streamlined user experiences—particularly for a diverse community of data scientists, quants, and developers. Work closely with community members to gather feedback, validate concepts, and maintain open lines of communication.
11. Market Intelligence
12. Keep a close eye on competitive offerings, industry trends, and user behavior to inform product decisions and differentiate CrunchDAO’s offerings.Evaluate emerging technologies (machine learning frameworks, blockchain protocols) and determine their potential integration into our platform.

Qualifications

• Product Management Experience: 5+ years leading software products from ideation to launch, preferably within fintech, machine learning, AI, or blockchain environments.
• Technical Acumen: Comfortable discussing architecture, ML models, and/or blockchain fundamentals to engage effectively with engineering and data science teams.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Experience defining product metrics, analyzing data, and leveraging insights to drive product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to align diverse teams around product goals, balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business objectives.
• User-Centric Mindset: Dedicated to understanding and advocating for the user, with a knack for surfacing core use cases and pain points.
• Adaptability & Ownership: Thrives in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment, taking initiative to drive projects to successful completion.
