Crosstown Plumbing is a very busy supply store that has been supporting neighborhood contractors and homeowners for generations. Located in East Orange, NJ, we are looking for dependable Customer Payments & Support Specialist who thrives in a very busy environment and wants to play an important role on a great team. This role serves as the first impression of the company, but is also responsible for processing customer payments and completing daily office tasks, such as stocking the office and answering the phone. You will be responsible for providing customers with the best possible experience, while also managing the cash register. Additionally, you must be able to answer customer inquiries, provide basic company information, and balance daily cash register receipts. The ideal candidate must have strong math skills and be comfortable using a calculator.
Please note this role requires weekend hours and mandatory overtime (paid time and a half!) as our store needs constant coverage. Hours during the week are typically 7:30-5:30/6pm and weekends are 9-3pm. If this sounds of interest to you, please submit your application today!
