Cutler Advisors is hiring! We are an established and growing boutique accounting and advisory firm located in Tucson, Arizona with regional offices in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Pittsburgh/Murrysville, Pennsylvania. We do Big Four style work for high-end clients in a relaxed, small regional office atmosphere.

Due to tremendous growth, we are currently seeking experienced and exceptional Tax Preparers for individual, partnership, trust, corporate tax returns, and tax planning and consulting services to high-end and medium-sized businesses and high net worth clientele. Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience with tax preparation and accounting

  • Experience in public accounting (preferred)

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to professionally engage with clients, verbally and in writing

  • Proficiency working with a computer and software

  • Experience with compiled and reviewed financial statements a plus

  • Experience with Click Up, Engagement, and QuickBooks is a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain tax prep priorities, deliverables, and deadlines

  • Work with efficiency and at times under pressure

  • Work flexible shifts and meet tight deadlines

  • Work independently or as part of a team

  • Train on and adapt to different processes and methods

  • Duties include but are not limited to workpaper write-ups, obtaining and saving client documents, journal entries, and at times bookkeeping.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: Up to $50 per hour depending on experience

Work Location: In person at any of these locations: Arizona – Tucson, Phoenix, and Scottsdale | Pennsylvania - Murrysville
