Director, Growth Marketing

Cresta is an AI-driven company that helps contact centers turn conversations into competitive advantage by combining AI and human intelligence. They are seeking a Director, Growth Marketing to own end-to-end customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion across digital, web, product-led, and automated channels—building processes, systems, and a team to scale measurable pipeline and revenue.

Skills

  • Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue in B2B SaaS through digital channels
  • Deep expertise in paid acquisition, SEO, CRO, analytics, and full-funnel marketing
  • Strong data-driven mindset and experience with marketing analytics and attribution
  • Experience with enterprise buyer journeys and ABM-driven motions
  • Operational experience building systems, processes, and managing agencies/vendors

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a unified growth strategy across web, paid media, automation, content, and product initiatives to drive qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Lead performance marketing with a focus on efficiency, scalability, ROI, and continuous optimization
  • Oversee website strategy and conversion rate optimization to ensure high-converting demand and excellent brand experience
  • Develop and scale SEO/AEO and content performance initiatives to grow high-intent organic traffic
  • Implement an experimentation framework for A/B testing and new channel evaluation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to align channel strategies with audience segments and pipeline goals
  • Own marketing analytics and attribution for digital channels, delivering clear insights on performance and impact
  • Manage agency and vendor partnerships to maintain alignment and quality
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth marketing team
  • Partner with RevOps to evaluate, implement, and optimize the growth tech stack for better data visibility and automation

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (required)
  • MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
