Responsibilities: Manage the accounting close process, oversee technical and corporate accounting, ensure compliance with SEC and U.S. GAAP, coordinate audits, and lead strategic accounting initiatives.
Skills: Active CPA with extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, proven team management, and experience with transformational projects and process automation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 10 years in corporate/public accounting, preference for experience in tech or fast-paced environments and advanced ERP knowledge.
Location: The role is remote, available in various US zones without a requirement for office attendance.
Compensation: $147050 - $183500 / Annually

The range listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
Salary is just one component of Coursera’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for a bonus program and equity in the form of RSUs.
