Job Description

As the Production Control Coordinator at Cornerstone, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across the facility. The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to gain exposure across multiple aspects of the business. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team and support production, inventory and shipping operations.  

 Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with production scheduling, tracking and reporting.
  • Support Inventory Control Processes.
  • Coordinate with shipping & production teams to ensure complete and timely deliveries.
  • Support cross-functional operations, providing assistance where needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with production teams, supervisors, and management to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to efficiency initiatives. 
  • Ability to run several jobs concurrently and maintain positive work environment.
  • Ability to prioritize work and expedite urgent requests.
  • Ability to copy, distribute, and file orders as required.
  • Ability to keep numerical and alphabetical sequences correctly.
  • Special projects or additional duties as designated.
  • Use TruTops Boost and Vacam Office to nest parts to laser and Beam Line.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Prior experience in production, manufacturing, inventory or logistics support is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
