Director, Global Logistics (Remote)

Myriad360 is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Global Logistics to lead its International Logistics function. The role combines team leadership, trade compliance oversight, and operational ownership of global shipping, export documentation, and customer-facing logistics to ensure reliable delivery of IT solutions worldwide.

Skills

  • Deep expertise in international logistics, trade compliance, and transportation management.
  • Proven leadership managing multi-functional logistics teams and vendor relationships.
  • Experience with ERP and TMS platforms (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, export licensing, ECCN/HTS classification, and customs clearance.
  • Demonstrated change management and organizational transformation experience.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-region operations (APAC, EMEA, LATAM).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the International Logistics team (freight coordinators, quoting/routing, export documentation, support coordinators).
  • Design and optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction for international operations.
  • Oversee trade compliance programs including EAR, ITAR, ECCN/HTS classification, export licensing, and Incoterms adherence.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics partners.
  • Act as the escalation point for high-visibility shipments, client issues, and compliance questions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Order Management, Integration Centers, Finance, and partners to support quoting, transit planning, budgets, and complex rollouts.
  • Lead initiatives to improve reporting, visibility, and integration between ERP and logistics systems.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes, emerging risks, and best practices in global logistics and escalate security risks as needed.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field required.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or MS) or professional certifications (CSCP, CTL, CTPAT) preferred.
