Responsibilities
- Oversee waste sorting, collection, recycling, and composting to meet zero-waste objectives
- Coordinate with waste management partners and track waste data to identify improvement areas
- Participate in sustainability audits, implement corrective actions, and maintain required documentation
- Organize and lead sustainability training and employee engagement initiatives, including chef teams
- Work closely with the Sustainability Leader to align goals and report progress on initiatives
- Identify and pilot new solutions for food waste reduction and sustainability innovation
- Lead daily sustainability tasks, address deviations, and ensure team completion of assigned duties
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
