Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:Monday-Friday, primarily days
An exciting opportunity to join the GI nursing leadership team in an outpatient endoscopy suite at Sawgrass ASC. The successful candidate will assist the Nurse Manager with maintaining day-to-day operations, as well as providing direct patient care to patients undergoing endoscopy procedures. Responsibilities include assistance with operational oversight, staffing, problem solving, delivery of clinical care, assuring adherence to regulatory requirements, interpretation of policy and modeling of customer service skills. The candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills. A minimum of 5 years RN experience required, with GI experience preferred. Prior leadership experience preferred. Must have an active NYS RN license, BSN or matriculation in a BSN program. Prior leadership experience preferred, but not required.
