Partner Marketing Manager (EMEA)

About You

You’re a strategic, hands-on B2B partner marketer with 3+ years in SaaS and a track record turning ISV/SI alliances into measurable pipeline through high-impact co-marketing, content, events, and joint GTM programs. You’re a resourceful self-starter who can spot opportunity, build the plan, and execute end-to-end, while influencing partner teams and aligning internal stakeholders to scale across EMEA. You’re comfortable owning the partner marketing function in the region and serving as the internal go-to for our marketing, sales and partner teams, and you act as the primary external marketing contact for our ISV and SI partners, building strong, collaborative relationships that drive joint success. Fluent in English (German and/or French a plus), you’re data-driven, highly organized, and confident articulating complex joint value propositions, continuously optimizing programs for ROI. 

About Us

Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.

Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and results-oriented Partner Marketing Manager to join our team and focus on driving growth with our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and System Integrator (SI) partners.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and scaling partner marketing programs that generate pipeline, increase market awareness, and significantly influence customer buying cycles. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic planning, strong execution, and the ability to influence and enable partners effectively.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Program Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and Execute Programmatic Marketing Plans: Design and roll out scalable, programmatic marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of ISV and SI partners, focusing on co-marketing campaigns, joint value proposition creation, and go-to-market motions.
  • Pipeline Generation: Develop and manage partner-driven initiatives (e.g., joint webinars, co-branded content, events, demand generation campaigns) with measurable goals for partner-sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Sales + Partnerships GTM Alignment: Partner closely with our internal Partnerships team and EMEA Sales leadership to align joint GTM priorities, target accounts, partner motions, and integrated campaign timing.
  • Market Awareness: Drive market visibility for our partner ecosystem by working with partners on thought leadership, press releases, case studies, and analyst relations activities. 
  • Asset Creation: Oversee the creation of partner-facing and partner-led marketing assets, including partner toolkits, joint solution briefs, battlecards, and case studies.

 Partner Relationship and Influence

  • Partner Engagement: Serve as the primary marketing contact for a portfolio of strategic ISV and SI partners, building strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Influence and Enablement: Effectively influence partner marketing teams to prioritize and invest in co-marketing activities that align with our strategic goals. Equip partners with the necessary training, tools, and content to market our joint solutions successfully.
  • Internal Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Management, and Demand Generation teams to ensure partner marketing initiatives are fully integrated and supported.

Measurement and Optimization

  • Performance Tracking: Define, track, and report on key partner marketing metrics, including pipeline, revenue contribution, partner engagement levels, and ROI of programs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use data and performance insights to continuously refine and optimize partner marketing strategies and program execution for greater efficiency and impact.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2+ years managing SaaS partner marketing programs focused on technology alliances (ISV) and/or consulting partners (SI).
  • Fluent speaker of English. German and/or French are a bonus. 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and field events that generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth. 
  • Ability to travel to and manage in person field events. This would be no more than 10% of the time. 
  • Demonstrated experience in working directly with and influencing external partner organizations to commit resources and execute joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and the role ISV/SI partners play in accelerating growth and influencing the customer buying cycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex joint value propositions clearly to different audiences.
  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g. Hubspot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) systems for tracking partner marketing performance.
