Responsibilities
- Develop short and long-form video content for demand generation, brand awareness, and product marketing campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end video production process including scripting, storyboarding, filming, post-production, and publishing.
- Produce diverse video types including social-first viral videos, customer testimonials, product demos, and event coverage.
- Collaborate with executives on video ideation and production.
- Manage and optimize Conductor’s YouTube channel content and performance.
- Lead and mentor internal video team members and freelance resources, overseeing project prioritization and communication.
- Establish feedback loops and quality standards to ensure timely delivery of video projects.
- Maintain video production roadmaps and capacity planning aligned with marketing priorities.
- Drive team development through regular one-on-ones and skill-building opportunities.
Education
- No specific degree required, but relevant education in media production, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
