Responsibilities
- Mentor, inspire, and grow the Customer Success Manager team in North America
- Develop best practices for user adoption and retention strategies
- Monitor monthly recurring revenue and customer health metrics
- Coordinate resource and capacity planning for the CSM team
- Collaborate with product marketing to increase product engagement and revenue
- Partner with onboarding to ensure smooth customer transitions
- Use data-driven insights to identify and mitigate churn risks
- Set performance and growth objectives for Customer Success Managers
- Maintain deep product knowledge to advise customers effectively
- Provide customer feedback to the Product team through the Ambassador Program
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
