Residency Tracking Coordinator

  • Maintains and tracks records for residents, faculty and medical students that include contracts, schedules, program evaluations, competencies, malpractice information, current DEA license, medical license, and certifications.
  • Notifies providers and residents of requirements requiring renewal/recertification.
  • Processes paperwork for state license and DEA registration.
  • Assists with scheduling recertification for ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
  • Registers and tracks participation for educational conferences.
  • Coordinates and tracks in-service exams.
  • Updates content on the residency program's website.

Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

 

  • Two years of related experience, preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High School Diploma or GED Required 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Adult Education or Computer Technology, preferred

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
