Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include an associate's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or similar fields.
Location: This job is based in Seattle, Washington, with eligibility for remote work in various states across the U.S.

As a Client Success Specialist at CFC, you'll manage an assigned set of accounts comprised of smaller sites and single sites to support customer initiatives around CFC products and services. This role focuses on driving renewals and discovering expansion opportunities by building lasting relationships, providing proactive customer support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues.

The hiring range for this position is $28.00-31.25/hr, with a target commission of 25% of base pay for meeting established revenue goals, with an increasing incentive for exceeding goals up to 100% of base pay. Actual base pay takes into account job-related knowledge, skills and experience required for the role, internal equity and geographic region.
