Job Summary

✨ About the Role
Comcast is seeking a Content Editor to join our Content Delivery team, where you’ll help shape the public-facing Xfinity website—bringing TV packages, mobile plans, and smart home solutions to life for millions of residential customers.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys working with tools like Sitecore, Figma, and Smartsheet to deliver polished, user-friendly content.

Job Description

🌐 What You’ll Be Working On

  • Site Management: Maintain and update content on the Xfinity residential website using Sitecore CMS.
  • Content Execution: Collaborate with developers and designers to bring digital concepts to life.
  • Intake & Reporting: Track tasks using ServiceNow, ensuring updates meet SLAs and are accurately documented.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in QA reviews to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
  • Process Optimization: Provide feedback to improve CMS workflows and content delivery processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present updates to eCommerce leadership, QA teams, and marketing/sales analysts.

🌟 What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of CMS experience (Sitecore preferred; WordPress, AEM, Magnolia, or similar experience is also welcomed)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Innovative thinker with a flexible, adaptable approach
  • Comfortable speaking up in meetings and sharing ideas
  • Detail-oriented and inquisitive—always asking questions and learning

  • Jira – (Future migration; experience is a plus)
