College Possible is seeking an Executive Director for its Chicago office to lead fundraising, programs, and operations, ensuring the success of students in achieving their college goals. This role involves strategic management, external relations, and collaboration with stakeholders to advance educational access.
Responsibilities: Oversee fundraising efforts, manage programs, and lead a team to drive local impact while collaborating with the National team to align regional initiatives with broader goals.
Skills: Strong leadership, fundraising, strategic execution, relationship-building, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management. Experience in the Chicago funder community is preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of relevant leadership experience, with a proven record of achieving goals and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Location: Chicago, IL, US
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $110,000 - $160,000.

As Executive Director of College Possible Chicago, you will lead the site's fundraising, programs, and operations, driving local impact and ensuring an exceptional experience for students, families, donors and community partners. While ensuring Chicago regional priorities and initiatives are successfully implemented, you will also serve on College Possible's Senior Leadership Team, contributing to national strategy and alignment.
