- 7+ years in project/account/production management within media owners, creative/digital or events agencies
- Significant client servicing experience and strong stakeholder management
- Proven ability to build compelling, client-facing decks and proposals
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to craft data-driven narratives
- Good knowledge of global media, advertising and social landscape
- Excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident self-starter with problem-solving attitude and ability to work in new situations
- Comfortable being on camera for social content
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver brand partnership projects, media activations, sponsorships and bespoke event-led campaigns on time and on budget
- Own day-to-day client communication and service throughout the project lifecycle, identifying upsell opportunities
- Collaborate on strategy, build client-facing proposal decks and detailed media plans translating creative concepts into deliverables
- Create internal and client timelines and budgets during proposals and production
- Confidently present strategies, timelines and budgets to clients during pitches
- Lead production of small-scale events, manage vendors, logistics and onsite operations
- Oversee branded shoots locally and nationally, ensuring consistent quality
- Feature on-screen in branded content when required
- Deliver regular campaign reporting and analysis, turning data into actionable insights
- Proactively optimise campaign performance to meet client objectives
- Support team development, share tools and process improvements, and mentor more junior PMs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant marketing, communications or project management training preferred
