Program Solutions Architect

CodePath is a nonprofit reprogramming higher education to create the next generation of AI-native engineers, CTOs, and founders, focusing on first-generation and low-income students. The Program Solutions Architect will act as CodePath’s technical authority in partner-facing conversations—leading technical discovery, scoping feasible learning programs, and ensuring clean handoffs between Sales and Delivery so complex employer and higher-ed partnerships scale reliably.

Skills

  • Strong software engineering foundation and fluency in at least one programming language
  • Experience leading technical discovery and scoping for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to executive, technical, and non-technical audiences
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Revenue, Product, Curriculum, and Delivery teams
  • Good judgment assessing feasibility, tradeoffs, and delivery constraints
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles or technical education programs (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery and solution scoping for employer and higher-ed partnerships, ensuring feasibility and alignment with delivery capabilities
  • Shape program proposals and solution documentation with clear assumptions, constraints, and delivery implications
  • Serve as CodePath’s technical authority in partner conversations, including executive workshops and flagship launches (up to ~30% travel)
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between Sales and Curriculum, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure clean handoffs
  • Translate partner needs and market signals into actionable inputs for packaging, iteration, and enablement
  • Develop technical sales enablement assets (talk tracks, FAQs, configuration guides) to accelerate deal cycles
  • Assess technical and delivery feasibility of new partnership opportunities and support evaluation of pilot outcomes

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated technical background (coursework, professional experience, or demonstrable projects)
  • Experience working directly with senior engineers and engineering managers
