Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal guidance on product development, feature launches, and platform enhancements to ensure regulatory compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including customer contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, partnerships, and SaaS agreements
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and compliance teams to balance business growth with risk management
- Develop and implement scalable legal processes, templates, and policies to improve efficiency
- Monitor fintech regulatory developments and advise on potential impacts
- Support privacy policies and initiatives
- Assist with corporate governance and compliance
- Manage day-to-day legal operations including legal inquiries, records, diligence, and employment matters
Education
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active U.S. license to practice law
