Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on product and process changes to ensure compliance
- Review marketing materials for regulatory adherence
- Track and review regulatory complaints as part of the Complaint Management Program
- Perform quality reviews of Reg Z and Reg E disputes
- Facilitate due diligence requests from bank partners
- Conduct risk assessments to identify areas for control improvements
- Develop and administer compliance policies and communicate to stakeholders
- Support audits and regulatory examinations including response and remediation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
