- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
- Capability in building scalable frameworks and operationalizing value programs globally.
- Strong strategic mindset and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a global team of Business Value Advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Develop and scale value strategies including TCO, ROI, and value realization frameworks.
- Create and improve scalable tools and self-service frameworks for global sales.
- Support strategic deals and engage with C-level executives on business impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Pricing teams.
- Lead reporting and analysis of business value assessments to drive operational insights.
- Establish governance and feedback loops to optimize sales effectiveness and value tracking.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related fields required.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience considered.
