Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience
Modality: On-Site
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
What you’ll be doing
Processing all trailers for registration in the appropriate state
Preparing tax and title documents accurately and on time
Submitting all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
Verifying that funds have been collected before processing title applications or releases
Checking applications for accuracy and completeness
Recording incoming titles and ensuring proper documentation
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to titles, including incorrect assignments or power of attorney
Maintaining a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers or partners
Providing support as needed to the Sales team
Assisting with the sale and disposition of titled trailers
Staying abreast of title regulations and compliance standards
Attending seminars or completing training on title regulations and licensing requirements
Cross-training other team members on title and registration responsibilities
Conducting periodic training sessions for trailer sellers and their F&I managers
Maintaining a professional appearance and a neat work area
Performing other tasks related to title and registration as assigned
What you have
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous office experience
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in small group settings
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Ability to solve practical problems with standardized solutions

Previous DMV or Title & Registration experience
A college degree

Sitting or working at a computer workstation for extended periods
Managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
Handling physical documents, including filing and scanning
Attending periodic training to stay current on laws, tools, and policies
