Manage Growing Accounts. Solve Facility Problems. Earn Commissions on Every Additional Service You Sell.
Join City Wide Facility Solutions as an Outside Sales Account Manager managing a portfolio of 50-80 commercial facility services accounts across Las Vegas. This is a unique hybrid role: you're the account manager keeping clients happy and services running smoothly, while also identifying and selling additional facility services that solve client problems and grow your commission earnings.
Here's what makes this opportunity different: Our sales team continuously adds new accounts to your route, expanding your managed portfolio. As your route grows, so does your opportunity to sell additional services. You'll earn commissions on every extra service you sell—HVAC repairs, floor care, window cleaning, handyman projects, parking lot maintenance, and more—across an expanding base of commercial clients.
You won't chase new business or cold call prospects. Our Sales Executives handle that. Your focus is on managing existing client relationships through systematic site inspections, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying facility needs that lead to additional revenue. Think of it as being the trusted facility advisor for your portfolio—you solve problems, coordinate contractors, and grow your earnings by selling solutions to clients who already know and trust you.
As the largest management company in the building maintenance industry with 60+ years of success, City Wide coordinates independent contractors who perform the actual services. This means no managing hourly employees, no equipment, no inventory—just account management, problem-solving, and selling additional services to a growing client base.
This is a field-based role serving commercial properties across Las Vegas and Clark County.
Daily Workflow & Schedule:
Your day starts around 7:00am at home reviewing your Night Manager's recap from the previous night. You'll close out tasks in Asana and CRM, respond to any overnight issues, send emails to close loops on complaints and requests, then review your route for the day.
8:30am-1:00pm: Your Sacred Route - You'll be at your first building by 8:30-9:00am to begin systematic inspections. Your route is pre-determined and consistent—high-value clients ($5K+) get weekly visits, mid-tier clients ($2,500-$5K) get bi-weekly visits, and smaller accounts get monthly visits. Some high-priority sites in our Star Program get multiple visits per week. You'll complete 30-35+ site visits weekly across your 50-80 client portfolio.
Afternoon: Off-Route Activities - After completing your route, you'll handle complaint follow-ups, visit sites where you've quoted extra work, and attend any scheduled appointments.
Office Admin Time - Return to the office to write quotes, send proposals, handle correspondence, and complete administrative tasks.
4:00pm: Night Manager Coordination - Meet with your Night Manager to provide route data and findings so they can plan a successful evening shift.
The 360 Building Evaluation Process:
At each site visit, you perform a comprehensive 360-degree evaluation:

Operations Coordination:
City Wide Facility Solutions is the nation's largest management company in the building maintenance industry with 60+ years of proven success and nearly 100 locations across North America. We serve as a single point of contact for commercial building owners and property managers, coordinating 20+ facility service categories—from janitorial and HVAC to window washing, floor care, handyman services, parking lot maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and more.
As a B2B management company, we coordinate independent contractors who deliver exceptional service while our account managers focus on client relationships, service quality, and identifying additional revenue opportunities. With over $400 million in systemwide revenue, City Wide offers a recession-resistant business model backed by comprehensive corporate support and essential business designation.
Our Las Vegas office serves the dynamic commercial real estate market throughout Las Vegas Valley and Clark County, partnering with businesses across hospitality, casino, office, retail, and industrial sectors.
Is this role remote? No, this is a field-based position. You'll conduct 30-35+ client site visits weekly across your 50-80 account portfolio, following a systematic route schedule. You'll start your day at home around 7am with administrative prep, be in the field from 8:30am-1pm on your route, handle afternoon appointments and follow-ups, then return to the office for admin work and Night Manager coordination.
What does OTE mean and is it realistic? On-Target Earnings (OTE) represents total compensation (base + commissions + bonuses) when hitting performance goals. Our OTE of $108K-$134K based on route size is realistic—high performers consistently exceed $130K annually. First-year earnings typically $85K-$110K.
How does my route grow? Our Sales Executives continuously prospect and close new commercial accounts in Las Vegas. These new accounts are added to existing FSM routes. As your portfolio grows from 50 accounts toward 80 accounts, your opportunity to sell additional services expands automatically.
What's the difference between this and a typical sales role? Traditional outside sales = prospecting, cold calling, chasing new business. This role = managing existing accounts through systematic inspections, ensuring service quality, and selling additional services to clients who already trust you through consistent 360 evaluations. Our Sales team feeds you new accounts; you keep them happy and grow additional service revenue.
Do I need facility maintenance experience? B2B sales and account management experience is required. Facility services or property management background is strongly preferred but not mandatory—we provide comprehensive training. We need someone who can build relationships, identify needs during building inspections, and sell solutions.
What types of services will I be selling? HVAC repairs and maintenance, floor care (carpet cleaning, stripping/waxing), window washing, handyman services, parking lot maintenance, pressure washing, plumbing, electrical, construction cleanup, kitchen equipment cleaning, and 10+ other facility services beyond the base janitorial contracts.
What does a typical day look like? 7:00am: Home - review Night Manager recap, close tasks in Asana/CRM, send emails. 8:30am-1:00pm: Sacred route time conducting 360 building evaluations. Afternoon: Complaint follow-ups, quote follow-ups, off-route appointments. Late afternoon: Office admin, write quotes, send proposals. 4:00pm: Meet with Night Manager to provide route data.
What makes this different from traditional facility management? You don't manage employees, own equipment, or handle inventory. Independent contractors perform the actual work. You manage the client relationship through systematic site visits, coordinate service delivery, ensure quality through inspections, and sell additional solutions.

You understand that trust is built through consistency—showing up on schedule, following through on commitments, and being proactive about solving problems before clients even notice them.
You're organized and detail-oriented enough to manage multiple client relationships with different visit frequencies, coordinate with Night Managers daily, track tasks across multiple systems, and juggle inspections, quotes, and follow-ups simultaneously.
