Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for client management and relationship building? Join us at City Wide Facility Solutions as a National Account Manager. In this role, you'll serve as the primary liaison for our key national accounts, ensuring top-tier service delivery and satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will encompass leading quality control, monthly reporting, and fulfilling the daily needs of your assigned accounts while closely supporting our franchisees. Your ability to effectively communicate and address customer needs will be vital in representing our extensive range of facility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for your assigned national accounts
  • Achieve targets and key performance indicators as per the Master Service Agreement
  • Utilize CRM to manage client satisfaction and set financial objectives
  • Continuously assess and validate client needs
  • Coordinate inspections with Franchisees as required
  • Address client complaints through the company’s CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with Franchisees to ensure that all client needs are met
  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams

  • Proven track record of achieving quotas and growth in national accounts
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic customer account plans
  • Strong customer satisfaction rating history
  • Ability to meet training and development objectives within set timelines
  • Proficient in creating Excel templates for reporting purposes
  • 3-5 years experience in account management with a focus on high-level client interactions
  • 1-2 years in ancillary service program development is preferred
  • Experience with National Accounts is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Remote work option available
