Director of Network Engagement & Customer Success

A mission-driven healthcare technology organization focused on improving dementia care is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Network Engagement & Customer Success. The role will lead onboarding, integration, and growth across top network partners, ensuring clinical and operational excellence while driving partner and patient outcomes.

Skills

  • Proven project management and program rollout skills
  • Strong stakeholder and partner relationship management
  • Experience translating data into strategy and operational actions
  • Knowledge of value-based care, post-acute care, or healthcare services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with clinical and executive audiences
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in matrixed or high-growth environments
  • Willingness to travel for partner engagements (up to 20%)

Responsibilities

  • Own operational onboarding and integration of new network partners, including M&A and Medicare Advantage additions
  • Serve as primary relationship manager for top priority network partners and drive partner satisfaction and expansion
  • Operationalize clinical programs and value-based care constructs to drive clinical outcomes and efficiency
  • Support reporting, billing, compliance tracking, and partner-level invoicing
  • Collaborate with data teams to develop dashboards and reporting tools to inform strategy and performance
  • Prepare materials and presentations for leadership and external partners and facilitate performance reviews
  • Work cross-functionally with clinical operations, finance, BD, and care navigation to align workflows and growth plans
  • Travel up to 20% for partner onboarding, executive and field meetings

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field required
  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred
