Future Code NYC x Codesmith Diversifying the future of software development in NYC Apply by May 5 | Program Dates - July 14 – May 8 | Location - Online | Cost - Free Program Overview Future Code NYC x Codesmith is a 42-week, full-time, no-cost online software engineering program for NYC residents. Designed in partnership with the NYC Tech Talent Pipeline, Workforce Development Corporation, and the NYC Department of Small Business Services, this program empowers aspiring technologists from underrepresented communities to launch their careers as full-stack engineers. - Must live in one of NYC’s five boroughs
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Annual income of $50,000 or less (if currently employed)
- Must meet federal selective service requirements (if applicable)
- Limited or no prior coding experience
- No prior paid professional experience in software/web development
- No degree in Computer Science or related field
- Must commit to a 90% minimum attendance rate Application Process
