About the Position: Children’s Funding Project is seeking a detail-oriented and self-starting Instructional Design and Course Coordinator to join our team. In this part-time role, you will support the design, development, and ongoing refinement of e-learning courses that advance Children’s Funding Project’s capacity-building strategy for communities and partners. You will initially report to the Vice President of Implementation and Impact, and play a central role in the use and expansion of our Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating course development, and supporting the business development of our LMS products and services.
The ideal candidate brings strong skills in instructional design and LMS administration, a passion for social impact, and experience creating engaging and accessible digital learning experiences. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working with technology, collaborating across diverse teams, and contributing to systemic change in how children’s services are funded. This position offers opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven organization that values innovation, equity, and evidence-based solutions. Our goal is to grow the role from part- to full-time over the next year.
Location: This is a fully remote position (employee may work anywhere within the continental U.S.). Occasional domestic travel may be required.

Compensation
The Instructional Design and Course Coordinator role will begin as a half-time (20 hrs/week), Associate-level exempt position. The starting annual salary will be $29,000.
