How You Stand Out:

Experience & Background:

• 5+ years of relevant experience managing 24/7 operations with teams of 40+ people.

• Strong background in safety, training, and process development.

• Skilled at building and scaling industrial operations in fast-moving environments.

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and operational optimization.

• Bonus points for oil & gas, aerospace, or chemicals manufacturing experience.

Your Role in Action:

Safety Leadership:

• Model and enforce best-in-class safety practices to create a culture where everyone goes home safe, every day.

Production Management:

• Drive a “production-centered operations” culture, ensuring the team hits output targets while balancing safety, quality, and cost.

• Align daily execution with company OKRs and site-level goals.

Asset Management:

• Oversee proactive maintenance, equipment reliability, and defect elimination to maximize uptime.

People Leadership

• Lead a 40+ person team across supervisors and operators, coaching and mentoring future leaders.

• Delegate decisions to the lowest appropriate level to empower ownership and accountability.

Operational Excellence

• Use dashboards and data to analyze performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Help refine SOPs and labor practices to reduce pain points and improve efficiency.

• Audit team behaviors and processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and reliability.
