Responsibilities
- Execute applied learning science projects using independent judgment and rigorous analysis
- Plan and contribute to workstreams that shape larger learning science initiatives
- Advise on pedagogical alignment for products, programs and partnerships
- Analyze feasibility, market, and learning inputs to inform product roadmaps and strategy
- Develop project roadmaps that integrate best pedagogical practices
- Engage and manage interactions with external learning science partners
- Evaluate applications of learning science principles and assess impact on learning outcomes
- Provide actionable pedagogical feedback to product and development teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree in education, learning sciences, cognitive science, psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field preferred
- Ongoing professional development in applied learning science or education research
