Responsibilities: You will engage with IT and Operations leaders to resolve platform issues, maintain customer relationships, conduct installations and support activities, as well as provide training to ensure effective use of the CENTEGIX safety platforms.
Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, technical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment are required.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required, with a college degree preferred; 2+ years of customer-facing experience, particularly in sensitive environments, is necessary.
Location: This position is located in Charleston, SC and requires up to 75% travel, primarily regional, including second shift work and flexibility for installations.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $65,000 - $85,000.
