Compensation: $88600 - $115200 / Annually

TheLearning Operations Manageris responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient design and delivery of impactful and competitive digital learning experiences in the higher education market. As the successful candidate, you will lead a team of seven experienced Learning Designers across the Focus disciplines of Mathematics, Statistics and Computing, partnering closely with Portfolio Management to shape strategy and achieve growth through the launch of commercially successful products. In this role, you will establish and optimize processes, tools, documentation, and training related to content design, creation, development, and delivery. You will measure portfolio content authoring and production health and collaborate cross-functionally to improve it. You will analyze course usage data and learner (and instructor) satisfaction measures to inform portfolio-level content, design plans, and priorities.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.
