I have enjoyed working at CBI. It is fast-paced and performance-focused but am able to keep a healthy work/life balance. My team works together well, leaning on each other to leverage each of our strengths. My supervisor gives me challenging work but always accompanies it with lots of support and helpful feedback. I feel like I can bring my whole self to work and that what I do, provides value. Leadership is engaged and I think the product is pretty great.Cons
