Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of enterprise clients and their law firms onto Carta’s platform, including capitalization table and securities setup
- Coordinate inputs from clients, legal partners, and internal teams to drive implementations to completion
- Validate and maintain high-quality client data throughout the onboarding process
- Handle large, complex datasets with meticulous attention to detail
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase onboarding efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Partner with product and engineering teams to surface onboarding pain points and drive product enhancements
- Communicate status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field (preferred)
- Background in finance, accounting, business, or related discipline preferred
