CAPTRUST is seeking a Sales Enablement Associate to support our advisors and contribute to the firm’s sales effectiveness. This professional will serve as a collaborative and responsive team member who helps ensure advisors are equipped with the right materials, tools, and internal connections to effectively engage prospects and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist advisors in preparing for prospect and client meetings by identifying and organizing relevant sales and marketing materials
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with advisors and internal stakeholders to understand sales needs and timelines
  • Support the team in curating content that aligns with CAPTRUST’s messaging and the specific context of each opportunity
  • Help route advisor requests to the appropriate internal teams and subject matter experts
  • Learn to use and promote adoption of sales enablement tools like Seismic, offering guidance and support to advisors
  • Contribute to writing, editing, and refining client-facing sales content under the guidance of senior team members
  • Support internal projects that streamline workflows, improve content accessibility, or enhance advisor experience
  • Help track content usage trends and feedback to continuously improve enablement strategies

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in client service, sales support, marketing, or a related role (internships and entry-level experience welcome)

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

 

  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic) or CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
  • Interest in financial services and a desire to grow within a sales enablement or marketing function
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and requests
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across teams and functions
  • Understanding of the financial services industry and/or retirement plans is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Curious, dependable, and detail-oriented with a learning mindset
