Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include overseeing office logistics, managing vendor relationships, supporting HR functions, coordinating office supplies, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Skills: Candidates must have 1-3 years of office management experience, proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred for applicants.
Location: This position is based onsite in our Tribeca office in New York City, Monday through Friday.
Compensation: $55000 - $65000 / Annually

About the Role
As the Office Manager, you will be integral to maintaining a productive and vibrant office environment. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization. Your responsibilities include optimizing office operations, ensuring that our employees have all the resources they need to succeed, and creating a supportive and efficient work environment. A compensation package that includes a base salary ($55,000 - $65,000) + opportunity for equity grants.
