Responsibilities
- Gather, clarify, and document product requirements from stakeholders and users
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams to align priorities
- Develop subject-matter expertise in product functionality and user workflows
- Identify product improvements and process optimizations from feedback and operations
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies
- Analyze product usage and feedback to generate data-driven recommendations
- Document workflows, system changes, and user stories in accessible formats
- Monitor releases and validate delivered solutions meet business and user needs
Education
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSM) are a plus
