Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and analyzes financial information and data, identifies areas for improvement, and provides financial reports to management.
  • Supports the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Participates in the preparation of business cases for new initiatives, providing cost projections and financial impact assessments.
  • Conducts cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements across various business units and functions.
  • Ensures confidentiality and security of financial data, adhering to company policies and protocols.
  • Evaluates accounting processes and suggests areas of improvement for suitable financial controls.

Prioritize activities and takes prompt action based on an understanding of departmental objectives and business needs including:

Lease Financials/Lease Management, Real Estate Data Management

  • Enter and maintain accurate lease data (terms, options, rates, expirations, tenant info) in the real estate management system.
  • Perform lease abstraction, document management, and critical date monitoring (renewals, terminations, rent escalations).
  • Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and adherence to lease accounting standards (ASC 842) and data privacy rules.
  • Generate reports and analyze lease portfolio performance, obligations, and key financial metrics for executive and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with property managers, finance, legal, and other internal teams; serve as the point of contact for lease-related inquiries.
  • Support integration with IT, data teams, and enterprise analytics; maintain and enhance GREWS dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Interpret commercial lease terms (e.g., rent, expenses, taxes, insurance) and manage monthly rent payments, purchase orders, and adjustments.
  • Recover receivables from sub-tenants and develop annual rent rolls, including receivables tracking.
  • Coordinate with landlords and finance to review CAM charges, reconciliations, and supplemental charges; ensure timely property tax payments.
  • Resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
  • Perform financial analysis for cash flow and P&L impact for projects.
  • Create automatic POs in SAP annually and reconcile monthly to the rent statement to ensure timely and complete payments.

Sublease Management

  • Abstract and track all sublease terms, obligations, and receivables. Maintain sublease database aligned with the master lease.
  • Track subtenant rent and timely billing and collections, working with Site partners.  Ensure alignment of sublease pass-throughs and master lease charges.
  • Monitor sublease expiry, renewal, and overlap with master lease timelines.
  • Prepare variance reports showing recovery vs. exposure.

Strategic Analytics Support

  • Support GREWS Leadership for data needs for strategic & M&A initiatives
  • Provide financial analytics support for business case inputs and development.
  • Provide program management support for strategic initiatives, road-mapping, facilitating milestone progress, tracking key dates, deliverables, team and supplier accountabilities

Education: Bachelor degree required

Experience: 3–5 years in analytics support or similar role; business, finance, or analytics background; real estate experience preferred.

  • Systems & Tools: Quick learner of ERP (SAP), IWMS (TANGO), and other real estate systems. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote), Concur Travel & T&E, Ariba, Workday, Room Scheduler. Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and presentation design a plus.
  • Skills: Strong work ethic, self-motivated, proactive, organized, accountable, able to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure. Excellent written/verbal communication and time management.
  • Project & Leadership Support: Project coordination/management experience; ability to prioritize and optimize executive time; experience supporting senior leaders and handling confidential projects.
  • Work Style: Positive, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning in a matrixed, international environment.

Compensation Overview:

Princeton - NJ - US: $61,290 - $74,263 


The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
