Job Description
Primary Purpose: Drive regional implementation of the company’s Global Ethics & Compliance Program including supporting the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer in the development, management, and implementation of policies, procedures, standards of conduct, training materials, and communications that promote the company’s compliance culture. Support the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer in all aspects of enhancing the company’s Ethics & Compliance program, including monitoring/assessing regional compliance risks and collaborating with stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of the Ethics & Compliance program.
Major Responsibilities:
· Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk within the region.
· Provide advice and counsel to stakeholders throughout the Company to help prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct
· Assist with development of preventive and corrective action plans related to compliance risk and failures
· Develop, maintain, and leverage a regional network of compliance champions/ethics advisors
· Design and maintain an organizational training plan, ensuring continuous improvement to address emerging compliance risk areas
· Determine training audience, based on identified risk and ensure that training materials are appropriate in addressing the risk.
· Identify regional compliance related trends by monitoring the activities of relevant regulatory agencies and instrumentalities; and assist with implementation/revision of Company compliance initiatives as necessary, including in conjunction with the Company’s exploration and rollout of new services and products
· Conduct due diligence on current and prospective third-parties
· Support the investigation and resolution of compliance-related issues, complaints, and concerns, including by evaluating conduct and recommending corrective action
· Address regional customer, vendor and regulatory agency inquiries related to compliance
· Conduct customer presentation and training programs designed to educate third-parties on the Global Ethics & Compliance Program
· Regularly report to the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer regarding material compliance related matters affecting the Company
· Support the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer in developing and implementing measures to improve the effectiveness of the Ethics & Compliance Program, including benchmarking the program against other organizations
· Assist with the monitoring and auditing of key components and risks of the Ethics & Compliance Program, including supporting regular and risk-based audits, establishing appropriate metrics, and reporting results
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s or equivalent Degree required
· Law or Masters Degree strongly preferred
· Minimum seven years’ experience of relevant work experience
· Minimum three years’ experience in a global business preferred
· Minimum three years’ supervisory or managerial experience preferred
· Compliance qualification such as CCEP or equivalent preferred

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning specific job related software
