Job Description

Brightspeed is looking for detail-oriented and analytical Sales Compliance Analyst to support our sales operations by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical sales practices. You will play a key role in safeguarding our company's integrity while enabling a compliant and effective sales strategy.

As a Sales Compliance Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Monitoring sales activities and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Conducting audits of sales transactions and customer interactions to identify potential compliance risks
  • Collaborating with Legal, Sales, and Operations teams to implement and refine compliance procedures
  • Investigating and reporting any non-compliant behavior, working with stakeholders on remediation
  • Assisting with the development and delivery of compliance training programs for sales personnel
  • Supporting regulatory and internal audits by providing required documentation and data
  • Staying current with relevant laws and regulations affecting sales practices (e.g., anti-bribery laws, industry-specific rules)
  • Preparing compliance reports and dashboards for leadership

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or sales operations (experience in a sales-driven environment preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, legal regulations, and ethical standards
  • Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Travel not required but may be available, depending on business needs
  •  

BONUS POINTS FOR: 

  • Experience in field sales compliant sales and procedures
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FCPA, GDPR, or industry-specific compliance frameworks
