Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for the reporting suite and billing workflows across Braze’s platform.
- Design dashboards, charts, and tables that communicate insights clearly and enable quick ROI-driven decisions.
- Contribute new patterns to the Braze design system for data density, visualizations, and tabular interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to ensure feasible, performant implementations at enterprise scale.
- Run usability testing and partner with UX Research to validate design decisions for complex workflows and power-user needs.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interaction specs to guide engineering implementation.
- Think systemically about cross-product connections and present design rationale to stakeholders and leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio of product design work with examples of complex workflows and data visualization
