You bring strong creative instincts, elite editing fundamentals, and a deep understanding of platform dynamics. You know how to build hooks, control pacing, and drive retention while balancing brand consistency with creative experimentation.
Your work brings Acquisition.com’s brand strategy to life, reinforcing Sharran’s positioning as The Financial Architect and helping content reach millions while maintaining clarity, credibility, and authority.
Edit long-form and short-form video content for Sharran Srivatsaa across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Craft compelling narratives by selecting strong moments, shaping pacing, and ensuring each piece holds attention from hook to close.
Execute edits with speed and precision based on direction from the Creative Producer and brand team.
Adapt editing style, structure, and pacing to platform-specific formats, audiences, and performance goals.
Maintain clean project organization, version control, and asset management across multiple concurrent projects.
Improve editing workflows and quality standards through iteration, feedback, and process optimization.
Proven experience editing both long-form content such as YouTube videos, educational content, or webinars and short-form content such as Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
Expert proficiency in at least one professional editing platform including Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong storytelling instincts with a clear understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention mechanics.
High attention to detail with the ability to consistently identify compelling moments and elevate raw footage.
Clear, fast communication skills and the ability to implement feedback efficiently in a high-performance environment.
Working knowledge of platform-specific best practices for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Video content that consistently meets brand standards and drives strong engagement across platforms.
Predictable turnaround times paired with elite creative quality.
Content that performs across diverse audiences while supporting broader social and brand strategy.
Ongoing creative improvements that strengthen storytelling, retention, and workflow efficiency.

$65,000 - $85,000 annually
The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below).
