Responsibilities
- Own governance and lifecycle management of Atlassian Cloud platforms, ensuring consistency, security, and auditability
- Lead and execute Atlassian Cloud migration efforts and platform modernization with minimal business disruption
- Design and implement workflow, automation, and configuration strategies aligned with ITSM best practices
- Maintain SOX and ITGC compliance across Atlassian environments by performing access reviews, maintaining evidence, and validating change approvals
- Build reporting structures and dashboards to provide operational insights, SLA tracking, and service performance metrics
- Evaluate and manage Atlassian ecosystem apps, vendors, licensing, and renewals; negotiate service levels and support escalations
- Consolidate redundant collaboration tools into a unified Atlassian platform and promote documentation and project structure best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams and acquired entities to align Atlassian usage and governance models
- Mentor engineers and administrators, promote documentation standards, and drive continuous improvement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Atlassian certifications (ACP series) are a plus
