Responsibilities
- Educate, lead, and manage Paymode implementation projects to scheduled completion.
- Develop strong customer relationships and transition projects to appropriate teams.
- Plan and maintain project schedules and activities while keeping customers updated.
- Coordinate work assignments to ensure execution of project activities.
- Balance priorities among multiple ongoing projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project issues with timely communication and escalation.
- Ensure success criteria are met within timeline and budget.
- Document project deliverables and hand off to Customer Support.
- Gather and communicate customer requirements with internal teams and external partners.
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
