These positions are expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

These positions must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

• Currently majoring in a core business-related curriculum such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
• Currently enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date prior to August 2026

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Strong academic performance
• Strong technical experiences as demonstrated through technical projects, research or internships
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or a production environment
• Exposure or application of Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles
• Exposure or application of Project Management skills
• Exceptional communication skills and interest and enthusiasm related to production, aerospace and a career with Boeing

• Summary Pay Range for Entry Level (Level 1): $56,100 - $75,900
• Summary Pay Range for Associate (Level 2): $66,300 - $89,700
