Overview
Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Specialist, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for [e.g. operating and maintaining or supporting] the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will perform Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) functions in support of multiple TOS and Government organizations. These activities include using Lean Six Sigma and other CPI techniques and methodologies to analyze processes, metrics, data, and risks to determine CPI opportunities, leading facilitation of CPI events, reporting progress to associated leadership, facilitating implementation of improvements and change initiatives, and assisting the CPI Branch Manager in further development and execution of the CPI program at AEDC (and its related GSUs).
