Associate Director, Product Marketing, Platform & Partnerships

Bloomreach builds an AI-driven personalization platform used by global brands to improve discovery, engagement, and commerce outcomes. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Product Marketing (Platform & Partnerships) to own positioning, messaging, and GTM for our platform and partner ecosystem, translate technical differentiation into compelling narratives, and lead a team of PMMs to drive co-selling and platform adoption.

Skills

  • Deep knowledge of martech, personalization platforms, and data ecosystems
  • Experience positioning AI- and data-driven products to technical and executive audiences
  • Proven storytelling and executive communication skills
  • Track record running large launches and cross-functional GTM orchestration
  • Familiarity with CDPs, data warehouses, APIs, and integrations
  • Experience with partner marketing, co-selling, and enablement
  • People management and team development experience

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for Bloomreach’s platform and partner ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and ISV partners to translate technical capabilities into customer-focused narratives.
  • Create enablement materials (decks, briefs, technical one-pagers, demo scripts) for internal and partner use.
  • Develop partner co-selling stories and coordinate joint GTM programs with ecosystem partners.
  • Plan and lead major product and partnership launches, aligning cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage, coach, and grow a team of product marketing managers focused on platform and partner GTM.
  • Serve as a strategic voice within marketing and product to ensure alignment with business goals and outcomes.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus but not required
