💡 Showcase: What are the things you want to share more about you? 

At Gaotu Techedu Inc., I played a pivotal role in optimizing user engagement strategies.  My tenure included conducting statistical analyses of referral conversion rates using funnel plots, which offered crucial data visualizations to deepen stakeholder understanding.  I led 11 user interviews to craft detailed personas, providing direct input for targeted design enhancements.  Through meticulous analysis of referral activity rules and page content, I focused on refining the educational value of the content.  My application of the Fogg Behavior Model principles to the user experience domain resulted in the development and successful implementation of 9 significant product improvements, which boosted referral conversion rates by 20%.  Additionally, I synthesized my findings into comprehensive reports that significantly influenced the company's strategic planning and implementation.
