- Evaluate patient interactions via phone, chat, and email
- Audit pharmacy workflows like Prior Authorization adherence and data entry
- Identify trends and communicate quality improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with teams to improve protocols, training, and knowledge base
- Participate in calibration to ensure evaluation consistency
- Serve as a subject matter expert and lead scoring discussions
- Cross-train to evaluate other business segments
- Complete additional assigned duties
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (implied)
- Preferred: relevant certifications or education related to QA or healthcare
