We are seeking a marketing professional to act as Project Manager for our client's digital campaigns from strategic development to execution hand-off. 

Job Description

  • Work on multiple programs simultaneously, manage multiple deadlines and schedules, ensuring all deliverables are met on time with accuracy and excellent quality.
  • Interact with multiple cross-functional teams, external vendors, and partners to implement marketing programs.
  • Provide status updates, issues for discussion, and guidance as necessary to ensure accurate and timely program execution.
  • Manage all creative to align with Branding / Copy / Legal Guidelines
  • Route all campaigns to Legal; facilitate updates and ensure final approval is secured.
  • Manage all audits to company quality standards.
  • Point of contact for library of marketing assets; maintain marketing playbook and keep asset tracker.
  • Ensure quality execution of all campaigns with full understanding of and adherence to corporate policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and departmental procedures.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing projects
  • Financial services background preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Business and Technical Requirements:

  • Track record of successfully managing complex marketing programs in a highly matrixed team environment
  • Good project management skills
  • Partner / client-facing experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information

The starting pay range for this role is $35-40 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
